Classic Media and Retro TV are making a classic family network. Here is a go at schedule for it:
6 Gumby 7 Fat Albert 8 King Leonardo 8.5 Tennessee Tuxedo 9 Harveytoons 10 Dick Tracy 10.5 Shazam 11 Rocky and Bullwinkle 12 Mr. Magoo 1 Felix the Cat 2 Archies 2.5 Sabrina the Teenage Witch 3 Godzilla Show 3.5 BraveStarr 4 He-Man 4.5 She-Ra 5 Felix the Cat 6 Underdog 6.5 Mr. Magoo 7 Rocky and Bullwinkle 8 Lassie 9 Lone Ranger 10 Roy Rogers Show 10.5 Sgt. Preston of the Yukon 11 Tales of the Wizard of Oz 11.5 New Adventures of Pinocchio 12 Hoppity Hooper 12.5 Mighty Hercules 1 Ghostbusters (Live-Action) 2 He-Man 3 She-Ra 4 Roger Ramjet 5 Original Ghostbusters
I will make a more in depth schedule later (this really isn't a great one). I don't think that Classic Media has enough quality programming (pre-90's anyways) to make a good 24 hour network. However there are plenty of classic Disney, Terrytoons, Warner Bros., Hanna-Barberra, Walter Lantz, Fleischer, DePatie-Freleng and other cartoons that nobody is airing right now. If PBJ is going to be smart they will snatch up some of those.

With 4Kids is enough financial trouble to be concerned about Toonzai's continued existence and ABC handing over their Saturday mornings to a block of edu-tainment shows. I really feel sorry for the kid's of today. Where's Saturday morning? I guess it's fine if they have cable but if they don't they've got nothing worth watching on Saturday mornings while two of the biggest animation and kids entertainment libraries that currently exist never touch network television anymore.
It's time to change that by bringing Disney back to ABC Saturday mornings and giving control of CW Saturday mornings to CN and WBA.
Disney Saturday Mornings on ABC
08:00 AM - Hannah Montana 08:30 AM - Wizards of Waverly Place 09:00 AM - Good Luck Charlie 09:30 AM - Suite Life on Deck 10:00 AM - Pair of Kings 10:30 AM - Phineas and Ferb 11:00 AM - Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes 11:30 AM - The Spectacular Spider-Man
Kids' CW
07:00 AM - E/I Requirement 07:30 AM - E/I Requirement 08:00 AM - Johnny Test 08:30 AM - Tom and Jerry Tales 09:00 AM - The Looney Tunes Show / CN Originals 09:30 AM - Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated 10:00 AM - Ben 10: Utlimate Alien 10:30 AM - ThunderCats / Generator Rex 11:00 AM - Young Justice 11:30 AM - Batman: The Brave and the Bold
Relatively new shows on both line-ups. They'd still premiere on their cable homes and be many episodes behind their cable broadcasts but they'd be fresh for kids who don't have cable.
Action, adventure and plenty of laughs for both blocks. Disney would like it's networks focus more on live-action but it'd also have some animation and even an hour of Marvel action. CW would feature mostly animated series from WBA with a few CN originals in the mix as well. Yeah I know The Looney Tunes Show, Generator Rex and Young Justice are all rated TV-PG but I'm pretty sure they could pass for Y7-FV without issue. If the action shows are too violent then swap them out for less violent ones in the library.
I'm not even going the nostalgia route here and only suggesting old favorites. Very few old favorites are present on these. It's mostly newer shows that have proven themselves successful. They could consider it Disney Channel/DXD and Cartoon Network "free samples" to try before you buy and more importantly it brings QUALITY entertainment back to network Saturday mornings.

If I was ever in charge of Animax here would be the primetime schedules:
Monday: (Comedy Night #1)
7:00 - K-On! (TV-PG-D) 7:30 - Lucky Star (TV-PG-DL) 8:00 - Kanamemo (TV-PG-DLS) 8:30 - My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (TV-PG-DV) 9:00 - Yuruyuri (TV-PG-DLSV) 9:30 - Pani Poni Dash (TV-14-DLS)
Tuesday: (Action Night #1)
8:00 - Kaze no Stigma (TV-14-V) 8:30 - Venus Versus Virus (TV-14-LV) 9:00 - Samurai 7 (TV-14-V) 9:30 - El Cazador De La Bruja (TV-14-DLSV) 10:00 - Angel Beats (TV-14-DLV) 10:30 - Demon King Daimao (TV-MA-SV)
Wednesday: (Varety Night #1)
7:00 - Kanon (TV-PG-D) 7:30 - Sgt. Frog (TV-PG-DSV) 8:00 - Rio ~ Rainbow Gate (TV-14-S) 8:30 - Pruella Magi Madoka Magika (TV-14-V) 9:00 - Eden Of The East (TV-14-D) 9:30 - Dance In The Vampire Bund (TV-MA-SV)
Thursday: (Comedy Night #2)
7:00 - Adventure Time (TV-PG-D) 7:30 - The Problem Solverz (TV-PG) 8:00 - Negima!? (TV-14-DL) 8:30 - Regular Show (TV-PG-DLV) 9:00 - Softenni (TV-MA-S) 9:30 - Magikano (TV-14-DLS)
Friday: (Action Night #2) 8:00 - Star Wars: The Clone Wars (TV-PG-V) 8:30 - Thundercats (TV-PG-V) 9:00 - Gurren Lagann (TV-14-DLV) 9:30 - Needless (TV-MA-LSV) 10:00 - Canaan (TV-MA-LV) 10:30 - Highschool Of The Dead (TV-MA-LSV)
Sunday: (Variety Night #2)
8:00 - Hell Girl (TV-14-DLV) 8:30 - Durarara (TV-14-DLV) 9:00 - Ghost Stories (TV-MA-L) 9:30 - Red Garden (TV-MA-LV) 10:00 - Samurai Girls (TV-MA-LS) 10:30 - Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt (TV-MA-LS)
I bumped up the times for nights for the shows that have the most TV-MA ratings. I included western shows due to the fact that Animax actually started out as a cartoon channel, so it's to remain it's spirit, since Animax doesn't necessarily mean only anime, but animation as a whole.
Daily schedules will be posted eventually.

Well, uh, for one thing, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is totally not TV-PG-DV...and Regular Show isn't anywhere near TV-PG-DLV..

ION Network, you have got to do something with that thing you call a "schedule".
It's nothing but Criminal Minds, Without a Trace, Ghost Whisperer, and paid programming. SERIOUSLY, THAT'S ALL. It's getting to the point where you can predict a whole day's schedule accurately by just looking at a week of their programming.
Let's change up some things...
6:00AM - 9:00AM - Children's block, seven days a week. NOT Qubo. It plays enough on NBC, and it's quite clear that it's only on ION weekdays as filler, since they don't have to play "e/i" programming on those days. Entertainment for bored kids waiting for the bus, as well as Saturday morning stuff for the early viewers.
Action, comedy, anime, anyone?
6:00AM - Ruby Gloom 6:30AM - Ruby Gloom 7:00AM - Class of the Titans 7:30AM - The Muppet Show 8:00AM - Hamtaro 8:30AM - Blue Dragon
10:00AM - 4:00PM - Afternoon showings of some OTHER shows besides the currently adored ones.
10:00AM - Heroes 11:00AM - Bones 12:00PM - Bewitched 12:30PM - I Love Lucy 1:00PM - Firefly 2:00PM - 30 Rock 2:30PM - Parks and Recreation 3:00PM - The Simpsons 3:30PM - Futurama
4:00PM - 8:00PM - Alright, fine, ION Television, here's your beloved shows:
4:00PM - Criminal Minds 5:00PM - Without a Trace 6:00PM - Ghost Whisperer 7:00PM - Criminal Minds
8:00PM - 12:00AM - Comedy and syndicated shows.
8:00PM - Community 8:30PM - 30 Rock 9:00PM - Walker: Texas Ranger 10:00PM - Monk 11:00PM - Psych
So, um, yeah, looking better, ION Television. Of course, occasionally switch around the slots and/or add a new show.

Here is my idea for a VH1: Classic schedule revamp.
Pretty much, VH1 Classic's new schedule would feature full albums from various artists played from about 1:00 am to 7:00 am (the only visual would be the picture of the album being played), with the rest of the day being filled out by half-hour blocks of music videos, and feature length documentaries/concert films on all manner of classic stars etc.
Some films feature would be (Not all, just a sampling):
The Rolling Stones:
Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones Sympathy For The Devil Performance (a film starring Mick Jagger) Shine A Light The Rolling Stones: Some Girls Live In Texas '78 The Rolling Stones Rock n' Roll Circus Stones In Exile Gimme Shelter Stoned ("fictional" film about Brian Jones)
The Beatles: A Hard Day's Night Help! Yellow Submarine Magical Mystery Tour How I Won The War (film starring Lennon) The Magic Christian (film starring Ringo) That'll Be The Day (film starring Ringo) The Beatles Anthology (miniseries) The Beatles at Shea Stadium The Compleat Beatles The Beatles: The First U.S. Visit All Together Now The Linda McCartney Story (film focusing on Paul and Linda's relationship) In His Life: The John Lennon Story The Rutles: All You Need Is Cash Sergeant Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Across The Universe I Wanna Hold Your Hand George Harrison: Living In The Material World
Bob Dylan: Don't Look Back No Direction Home Bob Dylan's 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration Other Side Of The Mirror: Bob Dylan Live At The Newport Folk Festival World tour 1966: The Home Movies Rolling Thunder and The Gospel Years Plugging In Eat the Document
Assorted: Woodstock: 3 Days Of Peace Love and Music Monterey Pop Festival The History Of Rock and Roll Live At The Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame
The channel would feature AS MANY concert film/documentaries/films starring or based on bands/stars as possible from ABBA to ZZ Top, everything! Anyone who would want to send in a documentary they've made could and VH1: Classic would reignite kids interest in good music.

Personally, I'd like to get a shot at Spike's lineup, if you want to call it that.
It's a network that is a bad combination of CBS, NBC, ABC, UPN, FX, Syndication, and paid programs. In a company that also includes Nickelodeon, TV Land, Nick Jr., and so forth, Spike is a misfit.
And it's all paid programming's fault.
The paid programming clause has killed any chance of Viacom actually using the network as an action network. If I was Viacom, and I'm not, I'd sue for the removal of the paid programming on the grounds that paid programming is found at any given minute of the day on multiple outlets across the country on cable, over-the-air, and satellite and that said programming, the stipulations were mandated in the 2000s for Viacom, and that paid programming has gradually limited the financial advancement/marketability of the network as a 24-hour action channel.
Now, this scenario has the paid programming clause removed. That way, Spike will air children's programming during the morning. Many of FOX Kids' former animated shows for children could air from 4 am ET to 9 am ET.
The network will still be connected to its "Spike TV" roots, but it'll also showcase more of its FOX roots as the majority of programming will come from Fox Kids' former lineups.
So, here we go. All times Eastern.

I haven't watched this network in years, but I used to watch TBS often back in the 1990s when it was mostly a family-orientated channel. I always wondered what if I try to make TBS somewhat like how they were as the Superstation. Not exactly like it, but something that evokes the spirit of the TBS I once knew: Weekdays 6:00 A.M - Looney Tunes 7:00 A.M - Duck Dodgers 7:30 A.M - Justice League 8:00 A.M - Samurai Jack 8:30 A.M - Courage, the Cowardly Dog 9:00 A.M - Home Improvement 9:30 A.M - Home Improvement 10:00 A.M - The Fresh Prince of Bel Air 10:30 A.M - The Fresh Prince of Bel Air 11:00 A.M - Tyler Perry's House of Payne 11:30 A.M - Tyler Perry's House of Payne 12:00 P.M - World's Wildest Police Videos 1:00 P.M - Ripley's Believe It or Not 2:00 P.M - Fear Factor 3:00 P.M - Seinfeld 3:30 P.M - Seinfeld 4:00 P.M - 8 Simple Rules 4:30 P.M - Still Standing 5:00 P.M - My Wife & Kids 5:30 P.M - My Wife & Kids 6:00 P.M - The Simpsons 6:30 P.M - The Simpsons 7:00 P.M - American Dad 7:30 P.M - Family Guy 8:00 P.M - Smallville (M-W)/TNA Impact (Th)/Dinner & A Movie (F) 9:00 P.M - Angel (M-W) 10:00 P.M - Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns (M-Th)/Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse (F) 10:30 P.M - The Game 11:00 P.M - Conan 12:00 A.M - Movies 2:00 A.M - Smallville 3:00 A.M - Angel 4:00 A.M - Conan (encore) 5:00 A.M - Married with Children 5:30 A.M - Married with Children *The first three hours in the mornings I threw in some Cartoon Network shows (It's a long shot since they haven't aired any since 1999), but it consist of shows that are currently not on Cartoon Network and/or Boomerang aside from the classic Looney Tunes shorts. And I took a 'what if' approach by bringing in TNA Impact considering TBS used to air pro wrestling such as WCW Thunder and Saturday Night. Also Smallville and Angel are on the list. Not too unrealistic at all given that they are currently airing on its sister station TNT. *Since TBS airs mostly movies along with some occasional sports games on the weekends, I'll might as well keep it at that. Here's how I would do it ... WEEKDAYS 6:00 AM - Pinky and the Brain 6:30 AM - Tiny Toon Adventures 7:00 AM - Looney Tunes 8:00 AM - Duck Dodgers 8:30 AM - Taz-Mania 9:00 AM - 8 Simple Rules 9:30 AM - Still Standing 10:00 AM - The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air 10:30 AM - The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air 11:00 AM - One Tree Hill 12:00 PM - One Tree Hill 1:00 PM - Married ... with Children 1:30 PM - Married ... with Children 2:00 PM - Married ... with Children 2:30 PM - Married ... with Children 3:00 PM - Will & Grace 3:30 PM - Will & Grace 4:00 PM - Seinfeld 4:30 PM - Seinfeld 5:00 PM - America's Funniest Home Videos 5:30 PM - America's Funniest Home Videos 6:00 PM - Malcolm in the Middle 6:30 PM - Malcolm in the Middle 7:00 PM - 8 Simple Rules 7:30 PM - Modern Family 8:00 PM - Various Programming (Mon-Thurs) / Dinner & Movie (Fri) 10:00 PM - The Big Bang Theory (Mon-Thurs) / Dinner & Movie (Fri) 10:30 PM - The Big Bang Theory (Mon-Thurs) / Dinner & Movie Con't.
