Syfy, Comedy Central, G4, SpikeTV, ABC Family, FOX, TheCW, CBS, NBC, ABC and plenty of other networks could use some work. Show them some love here.
This includes Saturday morning blocks such as CW4kids / Toonzai, ABC Kids, etc.

I got a Toonzai fantast schedule, hopefully it is accurate. I am still under the idea 4kids is going for mostly if not all anime.

I'd like to get a shot at ABC Family's lineup, if you want to call it that.
It's a terrible network that is a bad combination of Lifetime, TGIF, The WB, and The 700 Club. In a company that also includes Disney Channel, Disney XD, and the upcoming Disney Junior, ABC Family is a misfit.
And it's all Pat Robertson's fault.
The CBN clause has killed any chance of Disney actually using the network as a true entertainment network. If I was Disney, and I'm not, I'd sue for the removal of the CBN clause on the grounds that CBN programming is found at any given minute of the day on multiple outlets across the country on cable, over-the-air, and satellite and that said programming, the stipulations were mandated for the first purchaser of the network (Fox Kids Worldwide), and that CBN has gradually limited the financial advancement/marketability of the network as a 24-hour entertainment channel.
Now, this scenario has the CBN clause removed. Disney can rebrand the channel as ABC CableNet, essentially ABC for the cable generation. Many of ABC's prime-time shows as well as programs from their extensive library could air at launch. Granted, they do have a strong children's entertainment library, but truth be told, I don't see them using that here nor do I see them using their sports packages either (although ABC Family has aired MLB baseball in the past, I don't see them doing it again, unless they can arrange for a new package down the line).
The network will still be connected to its "Family" roots, but it'll also showcase more of its ABC roots as the majority of programming will come from ABC-owned units.
So, here we go. Weekday lineup first. Weekend lineup later on: All times Eastern.
6 AM - Alias 7 AM - Kim Possible 7:30 AM - Darkwing Duck 8 AM - Recess 8:30 AM -Eek! The Cat 9 AM - Dinosaurs 9:30 AM - My Wife and Kids 10 AM - Seinfeld 10:30 AM - The New Adventures of Old Christine 11 AM - The Amazing Race 12 Noon - Gilmore Girls 1 PM - Ugly Betty 2 PM - Full House 2:30 PM - Reba 3 PM - Sabrina the Teenage Witch 3:30 PM - Boy Meets World 4 PM - That 70's Show 4:30 PM - What I Like About You 5 PM - The View 6 PM - Jimmy Kimmel Live 7 PM - The Amazing Race
Mondays: 8 PM - Greek 9 PM - Secret Life 10 PM - Felicity
Tuesdays: 8 PM - Being Erica 9 PM - Grey's Anatomy 10 PM - Castle
Wednesdays: 8 PM - Lost 9 PM - ABC CableNet Movie of the Week
Thursdays: 8 PM - Make It Or Break It 9 PM -Pretty Little Liars 10 PM - Desperate Housewives
Fridays: TGIF 8 PM - Melissa & Joey 8:30 PM - Reba 9 PM - Modern Family 9:30 PM - Cougar Town 10 PM - Reaper
Late Night 11 PM - Seinfeld 11:30 PM - The New Adventures of Old Christine 12 Midnight - Golden Girls 12:30 AM - Empty Nest 1 AM - The Commish 2 AM - Nightline

A Seinfeld marathon would really be great.

A Seinfeld marathon would really be great. Alright, I guess. But hey, you want a Seinfeld marathon? What channel would you want it on, and which episodes would you choose. And don't give the Palin answer of "All of them." Work out a lineup. I am curious to see it.

This is unrealistic at this point, but I'm feeling imaginative right now. I would change ABC Kids from a never changing E/I block to the best of Disney non E/I block simply labeled ABC Saturdays. Since that is already too much to ask affiliates, I will be kind and drop the final hour. We can have a great schedule in three hours. Here is the schedule in central time.
8:00 DuckTales 8:30 Muppet Show 9:00 Classic Disney Shorts 10:00 Spectacular Spider-Man 10:30 Gargoyles
Representative of the many franchises and quality Disney has to offer. This would be one of the most diverse lineups on television. But the lineup is just part of the job. Disney also needs to advertise this like crazy. Get kids, adults, teens, families and everyone watching this. Take up the banner of saving Saturday mornings. This has nostalgia factor, memories and new opportunities for younger viewers who have never seen some of these shows. Disney needs to be blunt with viewers that Spongebob is on everyday, much of this material hasn't been on the air in years. They also need to explain that this will most likely be preempted, so an "I Want My Saturday Mornings," type of movement would be necessary.
Not having E/I on Saturday mornings on one of the main networks also provides new opportunities for Disney and animation fans in the field of syndication. Syndicate Gummi Bears, New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Recess, House of Mouse, Lilo and Stitch and the Replacements to fill the gap left by ABC Kids and as an option for Fox, MyNetwork TV and CW. These shows are also representative of the various eras and legacies Disney has and don't run short of quality. Also maybe syndicate a pair of non E/I shows such as Digimon and X-Men: The Animated Series.
Now back at Toon Zone I would have been constantly bashed as nonrealistic and that this would never work. But since it seems that nobody posts here I don't have to worry about that.

Fall 6 AM 6:30 AM 7 AM 7:30 AM 8 AM 8:30 AM 9 AM 9:30 AM 10 AM 10:30 AM
Spring 6 AM Penelope 6:30 AM GoGoRiki 7 AM Rocket Monkeys 7:30 AM Chaotic 8 AM Dinosaur King 8:30 AM Rollbots 9 AM Sonic X 9:30 AM Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's 10 AM Tai Chi Chasers 10:30 AM Dragonball Z Kai
4Kids apparently has more shows than I thought they still did (Skunk Fu, Huntik, Viva Pinata, Biker Mice, Pat and Stan, Kamen Rider, Di-Gata, Monster Jam, Winx Club, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX). However not sure how many of these are any good. 4Kids also licenses WordWorld and Pajanamals, seems as if they would want these for their own block. However they probably have more of a chance with PBS and Saturdays don't need anymore E/I material.
4Kids is definitely a broken company (to quote The X Bridge) which is sad, because when it goes there goes the last remnant of non-mandated Saturday morning cartoons.

Why would you play Neighbors from Hell 3 times a day all week? Has it even aired 13 episodes yet? American Dad will be on TBS this Fall (once daily) btw you might want to toss that in.
