Now here's something fresh and interesting I found at some other forums site I've been on... A dream cast for a Neopets animated series (which may never happen, if I presume).

Hmmm... Now that's one heck of a fantasy cast. I wanted Tajja Isen, Ray Bumatai, and the Angry Beavers guys as voices for the fantasy Neopets cartoon, if that will ever happen...

Well, this is all theoretical, and I doubt it'll happen because it isn't as popular, but if Neopets got a cartoon, who would you want to portray certain characters? Here mare a few examples of my own.
Corey Burton as Lord Darigan: I have no idea why, but his mimicry of Christopher Lee's voice would make a fine voice for a character as complicated as Lord Darigan, kind of like how he subbed for Lee as Ansem in Kingdom Hearts 358/2.
Quinton Flynn as Hoba: I have no idea why, but the "sarcastic slacker" voice he uses for Axel seems to fit Hoban.
Diedrich Bader as Magax: He's got a good voice for him, especially if you've watched Batman the Brave and the Bold or The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, where he uses the same voice for Batman and Hoss Delgado, respectively.
Kevin Michael Richardson as Galem Darkhand: Although Keith David and Clancy Brown were ones I considered, I imagine Galem to have the thuggish voice he uses for Gantu.
Hynden Walch as Isca and Caylis: I have no idea, but this just works. Plus, she does have a voice for "naive younger sister" and "darker older sister," like she used for Starfire and Blackfire in Teen Titans.
David Kaye as Dr. Frank Sloth: If any of you recall Beast Wars, then I'm SURE you remember how hammy Megatron was in that series, yeeeesss. And since both are mad geniuses with a touch of comedy to them, and a penchant for hamming things up, it's excellent, yeeeesss.
Maurice LaMarche for Forefitor Follies the Angry Yurble and related characters, such as Farmer Follies: Mainly because he's pretty good at doing angry voices, and because he's the one who uttered the phrase "WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!" in Futurama that was used in the Altador plot
Cree Summer as Ylana Skyfire: Although most know her as Susie from Rugrats, she also has a good "bad girl" voice like Hyena from Gargoyles.
Steve Blum as Eliv Thade: If you've watched Spectacualr Spider-Man, then his cackling voice for the Green Goblin would work quite well for the insane ghost of a puzzlemaster.

Jennifer Hale as Queen Fyora: You can't cast anything without her.

Eddie Deezen (Mandark) would make a PERFECT AAA, and Tara Strong could voice Abigail, AAA's Aisha sister.
Troy Baker as Lord Kass - He's the voice of Van Kleiss in Generator Rex, so he could probably pull off the youthful, cruel, sardonic tyrant type I picture Kass as being... With occasional fits of violent insanity.
Bill Nighy as Captain Scarblade - For some reason, I imagine him sounding A LOT like Davy Jones. Do ye fear death?
Tony Todd as Razul - I have no idea why, but The Fallen from Transforms kinda reminds me of Razul. For one thing, they're both on fire.
Tara Strong as Hannah - If she can pull off the vague Scottish brogue I picture Hannah as having, it'w rok pretty well.
James Arnold Taylor as Elon Hughlis - His Ratchet voice from Ratchet and Clank could work pretty well for Elon.
I actually see Grey DeLisle voicing Kep using her Asajj Ventress voice from the original Star Wars Clone Wars series by Genndy Tartakovsky.
Also; Idina Menzel as Sophie the Swamp Witch. Green witch, ostracized by society, who is viewed as Wicked, but isn't really so, and ends up making things worse by trying to make things better? HMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Darn, I was killing for Tajja Isen (the gal who voices Atomic Betty) to voice Hannah the Usul. Her British Accent (used when voicing Jane from Jane and the Dragon) is just as good as Tara Strong's.
I'm surprised no one thought of the Tiki Tack Man here. I want the Tiki Tack Man to be voiced by Ray Bumatai, the same guy who voices Tito Makani from the 1999 Nicktoon series Rocket Power.
How about if the Meerca Brothers being voiced by Nick Bakay and Richard Horvitz?
It'd be a pretty fun idea if the Angry Beavers guys voiced Meerouladen (Nick Bakay) and Heermeedjet (Richard Horvitz).

I really, really like that idea. So very much! I've been thinking Hynden Walsh could voice Isca and Caylis using her Starfire and Blackfire voices...
